Our Cakes

This is a personal favorite for me and have made it multiple times for family events or just because I could. 

This is a Tiramisu inspired cake with espresso soaked layers of vanilla cake, filled with a tiramisu cream and cocoa powder, covered with espresso swiss buttercream. 

This cake is one of my dad's favorites, so when I made it for his 2023 birthday, I knew I had to include it on this cake menu. 

This is a chocolate cake with layers of chocolate mousse and homemade raspberry jam, covered in dark chocolate ganache. 

I made this cake for my sister's 23rd birthday and it was absolutely so delicious. It is a chocolate cake with blueberry lavender jam and toasted white chocolate swiss buttercream.

This cake will always have a special place in my heart and is one of the first cakes I've made with complex flavors like these.

My dad's 2024 birthday cake! A little two layer just enough to satiate our sweet tooth. between the classic chocolate cake, the tart blackberry jam and the nutty hazelnut espresso swiss, this cake is worthy of any special occasion. And don't get me started on the chocolate covered espresso beans.

While recipe testing vanilla cakes I stumbled upon the most perfect chiffon cake I've ver had. Layers of soft chiffon cake, mascarpone whip, and macerated strawberries makes this the most perfectly simple cake.
